INTEGRA Government Services International, LLC

Integra is an international development firm with a modern perspective. Though our principals and associates have spent decades successfully implementing technical assistance projects around the world, we understand that the 21st century presents unique development challenges. Climate change and resource degradation threaten livelihoods now more than ever. Together with rising global consumption and increasingly interconnected financial markets they have made food security a pressing challenge for many developing countries. Free trade and global integration present both opportunities and challenges for economic growth, and advanced technologies offer new possibilities for economic inclusion, business growth, and citizen participation in government. Integra takes a forward thinking and results oriented approach that understands these dynamics and offers clients a reliable partner, one that operates with integrity.

Our Mission

Integra is dedicated to improving the lives of the poor by facilitating economic growth and human progress in the developing world.

Our Work

We conduct strategic and operational analyses, design and implement organizational management solutions, and build effective partnerships with global and local, and public and private organizations. We focus our work on the areas of Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D), Environment and Natural Resources Management, Agriculture and Food Security, and Economic Growth.

Our Values

These four core values are evident in everything we do.

  • Integrity – we are a trustworthy and principled partner
  • Creativity – we propose novel solutions to difficult problems
  • Accountability – we question assumptions and rely on evidence and results
  • Teamwork – a respectful ally externally, a positive work environment internally.
Our History

Founded in 2010 by Robert Otto, a career development practitioner, Integra began under a USAID-sanctioned mentor-protégé agreement with CARANA Corporation. In our first two years we have won contracts from USAID and currently manage projects in seven countries around the world.
