Eligibility Requirements:

Full Members: For-profit small businesses in good standing with USAID contract history. Full voting rights.

Graduate Members: For-profit businesses who were SBAIC members with USAID contract experience but are no longer small in the NAICS that USAID habitually uses (541990 for example). No longer eligible to vote.

Associate Members: For-profit small businesses in good standing with U.S. Federal agencies but with no past or current USAID contract experience. Voting rights initiated upon receipt of a USAID prime or subcontract.
